【Abstract】 Under the background of the research on urban regeneration system in China, this paper takes the renaissance of Cardiff Bay in the UK as an example, analyzes the important role of Welsh Office which is a central government department, and explores some reference based on relevant experience and lessons to China, and finally puts forward the suggestions that we should strengthen the cooperation among government, market and society.更多还原
