【摘要】 随着我国国民对高等教育重视程度的逐渐加深,硕士研究生的培养方法也正逐渐发生改变,硕士研究生的培养目标逐渐变成以培养高层次应用型人才为主的培养模式,因此专业学位研究生逐渐开始受到欢迎,导师是研究生培养过程中一个非常重要的角色,因此加强专业学位研究生导师队伍的能力非常重要。本文首先研究了专业学位研究生导师队伍的基本现状,然后分析了专业学位研究生导师队伍结构存在的一些不足之处,最后在此基础上分析了专业学位研究生导师队伍的结构优化问题。更多还原
