【摘要】 顺应新时代的发展,我国装备制造产业也面临着转型升级,同时对于相关人才的需求也发生了变化。对于目前我国各个地区的装备制造产业来说,需要一大批具有较强专业能力和装备制造技能的人才。本文先阐述了产业转型升级需求背景对于人才培养的新要求,在明确当前装备制造类专业技术技能人才培养存在问题的基础上,从明确专业的定位以及人才培养的新目标、贯彻工学结合的人才培养新模式、基于产业发展现状来构建专业课程体系、充分融入教学做合一的整体教学模式四个方面,深入全面地探讨了基于产业转型升级的装备制造类人才培养的整体模式,给各个高校的装备制造专业带来了一定的参考与借鉴。更多还原
