大型仪器在本科有机化学实验教学中的应用研究
Application Research of Large-scale in Undergraduate Organic Chemistry Experiment Teaching
【摘要】 大型仪器作为高校建设的重要组成部分,能够体现高校科研实力和实验教学水平。但能否把大型仪器应用于本科实验教学,对提高本科学生的科研意识和科研能力具有重要的作用。本文结合哈尔滨工程大学材料科学与化学工程学院的大型仪器平台的情况,对大型精密仪器在高校实验教学中利用率不高这一问题进行探索与研究。具体从大型仪器的使用现状、现行实验教学内容、大型仪器使用培训、仪器管理人员队伍建设、考试评价体系等方面进行分析,提出了目前存在的问题及解决的方案。通过拓展教学内容、丰富教学方式、提高教学环境、提高仪器管理员责任心等手段,提高大型仪器在有机化学实验中的利用率,激发学生学习和操作大型仪器的兴趣,培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。
【Abstract】 As an important part of university construction,large-scale instruments can reflect the scientific research strength and experimental teaching level of universities.However,whether large-scale instruments can be applied to undergraduate experimental teaching has an important role in improving the undergraduate students’ scientific research consciousness and ability.This article combines the situation of the large instrument platform of the School of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering,Harbin Engineering University.To explore and study the problem of the low utilization rate of large-scale precision instruments in college experimental teaching.Specifically,it analyzes from the aspects of the use of large-scale instruments,the current experimental teaching content,the training of large-scale instruments,the construction of instrument management personnel,and the examination evaluation system,and proposes the current problems and solutions.By expanding the teaching content,enriching the teaching methods,improving the teaching environment,and increasing the responsibility of the instrument administrator,to increase the utilization rate of large instruments in organic chemistry experiments,to stimulate students’ interest in learning and operating large instruments,and cultivate students’ practical ability and innovation ability.
