【摘要】 针对识别判断或衡量评估各种轨道交通规划设计优劣性等问题,首先分析建立起多层级评定要素主框架,并考虑了客观化的信息熵权策略,然后提出了一种面向数据对象、灵活客观的城市轻轨交通网络多准则物元可拓处理方法,从而帮助实现其优选排序以及决策支持过程。基于建设城市轻轨交通网络的多重目标和不同部门愿景,确定了与城市发展协调性、网络结构属性、运营管理水平、建设项目可行性四个准则,通过济宁市轻轨交通线网规划的具体案例分析,讨论验证了所建模型的有效性、公平性与合理性,并获取了最优网络方案#1。实验结果表明该方法不仅科学可靠、适应性强,同时克服并避免了主观人为因素的噪声和偏差,本文建模步骤流程亦可为其他城市规划管理者、政策制定者等提供指导依据及借鉴参考,或移植应用于相关工程领域。

【Abstract】 In order to identify and measure the merits of various rail transit planning or designing methods, in this study, a main frame of multi-hierarchy evaluation indicators is analyzed and established. Then, the objective information entropy weighting method is considered. Finally, a data-oriented, objective, and flexible model of multi-criteria matter-element extension processing for urban light rail transit networks is proposed, to tackle this problem and help realize its optimal sorting and decision support procedures. Based on the multiple objectives of approving urban light rail transit and the vision of different departments, four criteria have been determined: coordination of urban development, attributes of network structure, level of operation and management, and feasibility of construction project. Through a specific case study of light rail transit network plan in Jining, this work discusses and verifies the validity, fairness, and rationality of this model and obtains the most superior alternative #1. Experimental results show that this methodology is not only scientific, reliable, and well-adapted, but also overcomes/avoids the noise and deviation of subjective human factors. Furthermore, the modeling process can provide other cities’ planners, managers, and policy makers with guidance and reference, it can also be applied to related engineering fields.
