【Abstract】 Big data specialty has typical interdisciplinary characteristics, so it has become an inevitable trend to develop big data specialty through interdisciplinary integration. In view of the problems faced by the development of big data specialty in universities in China, this paper, combined with the development practice of big data specialty, gives the exploration results in the aspects of personnel training organization structure, curriculum system setting and application ability training etc. for cultivating big data application talents.
