建筑物变形监测沉降与倾斜成果关联性分析
Correlation Analysis of Settlement and Tilt Results of Building Deformation Monitoring
【摘要】 建筑物的倾斜主要是由于其基础的不均匀沉降造成的,由此可以得出建筑物的基础沉降与整体倾斜存在着一定的关联性,呈正相关。为探究建筑物沉降与倾斜的关联性是否存在线性正相关关系,我们以某高层建筑物约一年的变形监测成果为例,分别采用对比分析与回归分析方法进行建筑物沉降与倾斜关联性分析。分析表明,建筑物的基础沉降与整体倾斜间存在较为明显的线性正相关关系,由此"建筑物的整体倾斜主要是由其基础的不均匀沉降造成"的结论得到验证,并且提出采用建筑物沉降与倾斜关联性评估变形监测成果的可靠性与判断建筑物内部结构变形的可能性。
【Abstract】 The tilt of building is mainly caused by the uneven settlement of their foundations. It can be concluded that there is a certain correlation between the foundation settlement of buildings and the overall tilt, and the correlation is positive. In order to explore whether there is a linear positive correlation between building subsidence and inclination, we take the deformation monitoring results of a high-rise building for about one year as an example, and use the comparative analysis and regression analysis methods to analyze the relationship between building subsidence and inclination. The analysis shows that there is a clear linear positive correlation between the foundation settlement and the overall tilt of building. The conclusion that the overall tilt of building is mainly caused by the uneven settlement of foundation is validated. The reliability of the deformation monitoring results and the possibility of judging the internal structure distortion of buildings are assessed by the correlation between the building settlement and the inclination.
