医用生物胶体分散剂在1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤术后的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨医用生物胶体分散剂在长脉宽1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤术后的应用。方法采用长脉宽1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗117例婴幼儿血管瘤,激光治疗后观察组喷用医用生物胶体分散剂,对照组不使用医用胶体分散剂。结果激光术后观察组水肿性红斑平均消退时间为3.20 d,水泡平均消退时间4.18 d;对照组水肿性红斑平均消退时间5.42 d,水泡平均消退时间6.41 d,2例患儿遗留瘢痕。结论长脉宽1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤术后应用医用胶体分散剂可以缩短不良反应的恢复时间、预防瘢痕形成。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of medical biocolloid dispersant in the treatment of infantile hemangioma with long pulse width 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser. Methods One hundred and seventeen cases of infantile hemangioma were treated with long pulse width 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser.After laser treatment,the observation group was sprayed with medical colloid dispersant,while the control group was not. Results The mean regression time of edema erythema was 3.20 days in the observation group and 5.42 days in the control group.The mean regression time of the blisters was 4.18 days and 6.41 days,respectively. Conclusion Long pulse width 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser can shorten the recovery time of adverse reactions and prevent scar formation.
