高速磁浮系统噪声排放评估及应对措施
Noise Emission Assessment and Countermeasures of High-speed Maglev System
【摘要】 当高速磁浮车辆运行速度达到600 km/h(持续运行550 km/h)时,运行过程中的辐射噪声对沿线的环境噪声影响较大。在磁浮车辆设计阶段根据已有噪声数据推导得出更高速噪声源强,并按照《铁路建设项目环境影响评价噪声振动源强取值和治理原则指导意见(2010年修订稿)》(铁计〔2010〕44号)规定的模式预测法,对沿线的环境噪声进行预测和评估;针对环境噪声超标的问题,实施相应的控制措施和计算验证。结果表明,通过增加声屏障和对车辆进行气动优化,可有效降低磁浮系统辐射噪声对沿线声环境的影响,保证沿线噪声满足铁路边界噪声和声环境质量标准要求。
【Abstract】 When the running speed of high-speed maglev vehicle reaches 600 km/h(running 550 km/h continuously), the radiated noise has a great impact on the environmental noise along the line. In the design stage of maglev vehicle, the high-speed noise source intensity was deduced according to the existing noise data, and the mode prediction was carried out according to The guidance on noise and vibration source intensity values and treatment principles in environmental impact assessment of railway construction projects(2010 Revision)(TJ [2010] No. 44). According to the measurement method, the environmental noise along the line was predicted and evaluated, and the corresponding control measures and calculation verification were implemented to solve the problem of excessive environmental noise. The results show that the influence of noise radiated by maglev system on the acoustic environment along the line could be effectively reduced by adding noise barriers and aerodynamic optimization of vehicles, and the noise along the line could meet the requirements of railway boundary noise and acoustic environment quality standards..
