双膨胀自深冷分离技术在环管淤浆法聚乙烯装置尾气回收中的应用

【摘要】 淤浆法聚乙烯装置中尾气的高效回收具有重要的经济价值。在分析现有工艺回收系统的不足之处后,为有效提高烃类及氮气回收率、回收浓度,降低运行能耗,设计了双膨胀自深冷分离回收系统。通过模拟计算可知,乙烯和异丁烷回收率分别能达到99.34%和99.99%,回收氮气中的氮气纯度为96.3%,并且压缩机能耗至少可降低46%。双膨胀自深冷分离的应用极大地提高了烃类回收率,减少了物料的损耗,并且降低了运行能耗,是一种极具发展前景的排放气回收技术。

【Abstract】 The vent gas recovery of polyethylene loop slurry plant has significant economic value. After analyzing the shortcomings of the existing recovery process systems, the double-expansion self-cryogenic separation recovery system was designed in order to improve the recovery ratios and concentration of hydrocarbon and nitrogen, while reducing the operating energy consumption. The simulation results showed that the recovery ratios of ethylene and isobutane could reach 99.34% and 99.99% respectively, the nitrogen concentration in the recovered nitrogen was 96.3%, and the energy consumption of compressor was reduced by at least 46%. It could be seen that the application of double-expansion self-cryogenic separation technology has greatly improved the recovery ratio of hydrocarbon, reduced the materials loss and the operating energy consumption, which is a promising technology of vent gas recovery.
