基于BP神经网络的制砂工艺参数控制研究
Research on sand making process parameter control based on BP neural network
【摘要】 针对目前国内建设用砂供不应求的问题,骨料生产企业纷纷进行机制砂工艺研究。对高品质机制砂制备工艺的研究,现阶段利用尾矿砂中筛分出的3~6 mm颗粒作为原料,通过建立基于BP神经网络的棒磨机制砂参数控制,制得符合国标二区二类中砂。经过混凝土工作性能对比试验,证实全新工艺所制得的机制砂具有极大的推广意义。
【Abstract】 In view of the shortage of sand supply of domestic construction,aggregate production enterprises have carried out research on manufactured sand technology.Devoting itself to the research on the technology of high quality manufactured sand.At present,it use 3~6 mm particles screened from tailings as raw materials.By establishing the parameter control of roll mill based on BP neural network,the manufactured sand meets the second class medium sand standard of the second zone of national standard.Through the comparative test of concrete working performance,it is proved that the manufactured sand made by the new technology has great popularization significance.
