基于实体温度匹配养护的混凝土性能研究

【摘要】 在实体结构物中,胶凝材料的水化放热为混凝土营造了高温养护条件,混凝土的性能发展规律并不能用标准养护条件下的混凝土试件表征。研究了不同胶凝材料组成的混凝土绝热温升特性,并对某一预应力混凝土箱梁关键部位的混凝土温度变化进行监测,以实体结构温度作为混凝土的匹配养护温度,对比分析了标准养护和温度匹配养护对混凝土的抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明:矿物掺合料可降低混凝土升温速率和最大温升值,同时可提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能。温度匹配养护与标准养护条件下的混凝土性能发展规律明显不同,温度匹配养护能够改善高性能混凝土抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能,采用匹配养护的混凝土试件更能准确表征实体结构的混凝土性能。

【Abstract】 In structures,hydration heat of cementitious materials creates high temperature curing condition for concrete,so the properties development of concrete couldn′ t be characterized by specimens under the standard curing conditions.Adiabatic temperature rising of concrete with different cementitious materials were researched,and the temperature variation of key position of PC box-girder was acquired.Based on the temperature variation of PC box-girder,it was researched that the curing system had an influence on compressive strength and chloride permeability of concrete with different cementitious materials.The experiments indicated that mineral admixtures could reduce effectively the adiabatic temperature and heat exothermic rate from cement hydration.In addition,the chloride permeability of concrete had also been improved by incorporating appropriate mineral admixtures.The properties development law of concrete under temperature matched curing condition are significantly different from those of concrete under the standard curing condition.Temperature matched curing condition shows a positive effect on compressive strength and chloride permeability of high-performance concrete.The performance of concrete in structure entity could be characterized by concrete specimens under temperature matched curing condition accurately.
