刚接全边界整体预制楼板现浇梁节点试验与理论研究

【摘要】 为研究刚接全边界整体预制楼板现浇梁节点的受力性能,设计并制作了4个预制板现浇梁节点。对其中2个试件进行梁板正常竖向受力情况下的静载试验,其余2个试件进行梁支座下移情况下的静载对比试验,得到了试件的破坏形态、荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-钢筋应变曲线、荷载-混凝土应变曲线,通过对比分析,探究节点在静载作用下的裂缝、挠度和极限承载能力等特点。试验结果表明,在上述两种情况下预制板现浇梁节点具有良好的整体性、较高刚度并且在极限承载力方面与现浇混凝土梁板节点相接近。提出了预制板现浇梁节点试件的开裂荷载和极限荷载的计算公式,计算值与试验值吻合较好。

【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanical behavior of the cast-in-place beam joints of prefabricated panels,four prefabricated cast-in-place beam joints are designed and fabricated.For the two specimens,the static load test under the normal vertical stress of the beam plate are carried out,and the other two specimens are subjected to the static load comparison test under the condition that the beam bearing is moved down,and the failure mode,load-deflection curve,load-rebar strain curve,load-concrete strain curve of the specimen are obtained,through comparative analysis,explore the characteristics of crack,deflection and ultimate bearing capacity of the joint under static load.The test results show that in the above two cases,the cast-in-place beam joints of the precast slab have good integrity,high rigidity and close proximity to the cast-in-place concrete beam-slab joints in terms of ultimate bearing capacity.The calculation formulas of cracking load and ultimate load of the cast-in-place beam joint specimens of prefabricated plates are proposed.The calculated values agree well with the experimental values.
