海水海洋骨料影响水泥基材料抗压强度试验研究

【摘要】 通过试验测定海水水泥净浆和普通水泥净浆、海水海砂砂浆和普通水泥砂浆以及海水海洋骨料混凝土和普通混凝土的抗压强度,研究海水海洋骨料对水泥基材料抗压强度的影响。结果表明,7、28 d龄期的海水海洋骨料水泥基材料抗压强度随养护龄期增加逐渐增大,与普通水泥基材料一致,但海水海洋骨料水泥基材料的抗压强度大于普通水泥基材料;28 d龄期之后,海水水泥净浆抗压强度随养护龄期增加逐渐降低,海水海砂水泥砂浆以及海水海洋骨料混凝土抗压强度随龄期增加逐渐增大,但增加幅度小于普通水泥砂浆和普通混凝土。而且,90 d龄期的海水海洋骨料水泥基材料抗压强度小于普通水泥基材料。

【Abstract】 The compressive strength of seawater cement paste and ordinary cement paste,seawater mortar and ordinary cement mortar,seawater marine aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete were determined by experiments.The influence of seawater marine aggregate on the compressive strength of cement-based materials was studied.The results show that the compressive strength of seawater marine aggregate cement-based materials at 7 d and 28 d ages increases with the increase of curing age,which is consistent with ordinary cement-based materials,but the compressive strength of seawater marine aggregate cement-based materials is greater than that of ordinary cement.After 28 days of age,the compressive strength of seawater cement paste gradually decreases with the increase of curing age,and the compressive strength of seawater sea sand cement mortar and seawater aggregate concrete increases with age,but the increase is less than ordinary cement mortar and ordinary concrete.Moreover,the 90 d seawater marine aggregate cement-based material has lower compressive strength than ordinary cement-based materials.
