【摘要】 教育认证是提升和保障专业学位教育质量的重要途径。美国教育认证体系发展已经相对成熟和规范,在教育质量提升和人才培养方面发挥了重要的作用。文章从基本框架、法律法规、认可和认证机构、认证标准、认证流程等五个方面阐述了美国教育认证体系;分析了美国教育认证体系网络化、专业化和标准化的特征;从中得到启发,并结合我国专业学位教育认证实际情况,从五个方面对构建具有中国特色的专业学位教育认证体系提出建议,并介绍我国石油与天然气工程领域工程硕士研究生教育认证的情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education certification is an important way to improve and guarantee the quality of professional degree education. The development of the US education certification system has been relatively mature and standardized, and it has played an important role in the improvement of education quality and personnel training. This paper describes the American education certification system from five aspects: basic framework, laws and regulations, accreditation and certification bodies, certification standards, and certification processes. The characteristics of the network, specialization and standardization of the US education certification system are analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of professional degree education certification in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to build a professional degree education certification system with Chinese characteristics from five aspects and describes Engineering Master Education Certification in oil and natural gas engineering field in China.更多还原
