【摘要】 目的主要对关于种植过渡义齿修复中采用EverStick纤维增强树脂的临床效果进行分析,以期提高种植过渡义齿修复的临床效果。方法选取2013年7月-2016年7月收治的需种植过渡义齿修复的患者100例,根据所有患者入院就诊的编号进行平均分组,其中单号为参照组,双号为试验组,两组患者各为50例,参照组患者在植入种植体术后两周实施可摘局部义齿修复,试验组则在植入种植体术后一周实施EverStick纤维增强树脂冠桥修复。于Ⅱ期修复前对两组临床效果进行对比分析。结果 (1)试验组患者治疗总满意度为96%,显著高于参照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)参照组不良反应的发生率为16%,显著高于试验组的4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EverStick纤维增强树脂应用于种植过渡义齿修复中的临床疗效可观,不仅能提高患者的满意度,使其感觉美观与舒适,同时还可减少不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of EverStick fiber-reinforced resin in the restoration of implanted transitional dentures in order to improve the clinical effect of implanted transitional dentures. Methods Select 100 patients who need to be implanted with transitional dentures in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016, and divide them into groups according to the number of all patients admitted to the hospital. The single number is the reference group and the double number is the test group. There were 50 patients in each of the two groups. The patients in the reference group underwent removable partial denture restoration two weeks after implant placement, while the experimental group underwent EverStick fiber-reinforced resin crown and bridge restoration one week after implant placement. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed before the stage Ⅱ repair. Results ①The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96%, significantly higher than 80% of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); ②The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 16%, significantly higher than the test 4% of the group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions EverStick fiber-reinforced resin has a considerable clinical effect in the restoration of implanted transitional dentures, which can not only improve the satisfaction of patients, make them feel beautiful and comfortable, but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.更多还原
