微生物农药液体深层发酵的泡沫产生与控制
The foam production and control in submerged liquid fermentation of microbial pesticides
【摘要】 液体深层发酵广泛应用于微生物农药的生产。在通气、培养基成分及微生物次生代谢产物的共同作用下,液体深层发酵会产生大量的泡沫,影响微生物农药的生产。从微生物农药液体深层发酵过程中泡沫产生的原因、泡沫形成的规律及负面影响、泡沫的控制策略与方法等方面进行了综述,以期为微生物农药液体深层发酵中的泡沫控制提供指导。
【Abstract】 Submerged liquid fermentation has been widely used for the production of of microbial pesticides. The foams are formed during the process of fermentation through the joint effects of aeration,the constituents of media and the secondary metabolites of the mciroorganisms which affect the normal fermentation of microbial pesticides. In this review,it summarized the causes and regularities of foam formation,the adverse consequences of foam and strategies of foam control in the submerged liquid fermentation of microbial pesticides,In order to provide guidance for foam control in submerged liquid fermentation of microbial pesticides.
