【摘要】 医务社工是当今国内医疗卫生行业的热门话题,在对医务社工的认识方面,不能仅仅停留在欧美现有概念上,要结合国内医疗卫生行业的供给双方实际情况,重新定义和扩充医务社工的内涵,让医务社工真正根植于中国的社会文化。在社会整体发展水平不高、医患比例失调、医疗资源分布不均、医疗机构高负荷运转、患者素质差距较大的社会环境中,医务社工应当把维持秩序、信访调解、病情解释、心理辅导等工作也纳入职能范围。本文重点分析了当前医院开展医务社会工作的三种主流模式,并根据实践情况提出了改进路径和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical social worker is a hot topic in the domestic health industry. In terms of understanding of medical social workers, we can not just only stop at the existing concepts of Europe and the United States. We should redefine and expand the concepts of medical social worker based on the actual demand and supply of the domestic medical and health industry, so that the medical social workers are truly rooted in China’s social culture. Under the social environment where the overall level of social development is not high, the proportion of doctors and patients is low, the distribution of medical resources is unbalanced, the medical institutions are operating at high load, and the quality of patients is very different, maintaining order, intermediation of letters and visits, explaining the diseases and psychological counseling should be included into the work of social worker. This paper focuses on analyzing the current three mainstream models of medical social work, and proposes some reasonable suggestions on developing paths based on the actual situation.更多还原
