【摘要】 目的探讨一盘珠汤加味联合切开复位内固定治疗旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2019年4月确诊为旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折的72例患者,随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例),对照组给予切开复位内固定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用一盘珠汤加味治疗。比较2组临床疗效、恢复情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组临床治疗有效率97.22%高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05);观察组疼痛消失时间、消肿时间、愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.56%低于对照组22.22%(P<0.05)。结论一盘珠汤加味联合切开复位内固定治疗旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折的临床疗效显著,可以缩短疼痛消失时间、消肿时间、愈合时间,降低并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yipanzhu decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of posterior external rotation type IV degree ankle fracture. Methods A total of 72 patients with a convoluted external rotation type IV ankle fracture were enrolled in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019. They were randomly divided into observation group(n=36) and control group(n=36). The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with Yipanzhu decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, recovery, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.22% which was higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05). The pain disappearance time, swelling time and healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56% which was lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Yipanzhu decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of supination and external rotation type IV degree ankle fracture is significant, which can shorten the time of pain disappearance, swelling time, healing time and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
