【摘要】 消防专项规划是城市新区规划建设应重点考虑的内容。《赣江新区经开、临空组团城市消防专项规划(2018—2035年)》基于区域现状消防情况,采用"定体系—建模型—优布局—制计划"的规划方法,运用火灾风险评估和出勤模型模拟等先进技术手段,科学确定城市新区消防设施的总体布局,对近远期的城市消防体系提出规划方案,制定具体的控制性内容,较好地指导了城市新区的消防安全建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fire protection specialty plan is important to urban new district development.Jingkai and Linkong units fire protection plan,Ganjiang new district (2018-2035) studies the status quo of fire protection,uses the approach of "system specification,model establishment,pattern improvement,plan compilation" and new techniques of risk assessment and attendance model simulation,and puts forwards general layout,immediate and long term proposals,and detailed control measures.It will be a rational guidance for the fire safety of the new district.更多还原
