少数民族学生数学公共基础课精准帮扶模式的优化与实践——以福州大学高等数学课程为例
Optimizing and Practicing the Precision Assistance Model of Mathematics Public Basic Course for Minority Students——Take the Advanced Mathematics Course of Fuzhou University as an Example
【摘要】 高校少数民族学生(本文主要为新疆籍、西藏籍)能否顺利完成学业现已成为高等教育的重难点问题。笔者以福州大学少数民族学生为研究对象,跟踪并记录了2013—2018年高等数学的授课过程和考试成绩。在成绩统计分析基础上,揭示了少数民族学生高等数学教学存在的问题、成因,并给出相应的解决措施,最终确立了"混合大班+专题小班+精准服务+导学志愿者"的创新型教学模式,有效推动了精准帮扶,为高校少数民族学生公共基础课的教学和管理向纵深推进提供了实践支撑。
【Abstract】 Whether the minority students( mainly from Xinjiang and Tibet) can successfully complete their studies has become an important and difficult issue in higher education. Taking minority students of Fuzhou University as the research object,the author tracks and records the teaching process and examination results of higher mathematics from 2013 to 2018. Based on the statistical analysis of the results,this paper reveals the problems and causes of higher mathematics teaching of ethnic minority students,and gives the corresponding solutions. Finally,the innovative teaching mode of "mixed large class + special small class + guide volunteer +precise service + flip classroom" is established,which effectively promotes the precise assistance and deepens the teaching and management of public basic courses for ethnic minority students promotion provides practicel support.
