【摘要】 为观察中医综合疗法在脑出血患者术后便秘的效果,将70例脑出血术后便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用中医综合疗法治疗,比较2组脑出血患者便秘治疗总有效率,大便性状以及排便间隔恢复正常时间、住院时间,治疗前后便秘症状积分和生存质量SF-36评分。结果显示,观察组脑出血便秘患者在治疗总有效率、大便性状以及排便间隔恢复正常时间、住院时间、便秘证候积分、生存质量SF-36评分方面均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,脑出血便秘患者实施中医综合疗法治疗效果确切,可加速患者排便恢复正常,并改善便秘症状,提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to observe the effect of TCM combined therapy for postoperative constipation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,randomly divided 70 cases met this condition into control group(35 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(35 cases,TCM combined therapy);then,compared total effective rate,fecal characters,the score on constipation symptoms and SF-36 score on quality of life before and after treatment,as well as the time of defecation interval returned to normal,and of hospitalization.As results,in above all indexes observation group was all superior to control group(P <0.05).Results show that the effect of TCM combined therapy on the cerebral hemorrhage associated with postoperative constipation is determined,can accelerate defecation recovered normal status,improve constipation symptoms,thus enhance patients’ quality of life.更多还原
