野生中华猕猴桃种子萌发的最佳条件

【摘要】 为野生中华猕猴桃的种苗保存、利用提供技术支撑,以野生中华猕猴桃种子为试验材料,研究不同温水浸种时间+赤霉素浓度、不同珍珠岩和基质配比、不同低温层积时间+赤霉素浓度处理下的种子萌发率。结果表明:赤霉素浓度与浸种时间,赤霉素浓度为600 mg/L,浸种60 min时的发芽率最高,为45.1%;珍珠岩和基质配比为0∶1时,发芽率为40%,显著高于对照(滤纸),且极显著高于其他配比;低温层积时间和赤霉素浓度组合处理下,赤霉素浓度在150~900mg/L,种子发芽率随层积时间的增加先升后降;层积14d、赤霉素浓度为0mg/L时,发芽率最高,为74%。野生中华猕猴桃种子萌发的最佳条件为变温培养条件下温水浸种60min,低温层积14d,萌发床使用纯基质。

【Abstract】 In order to provide the technological support for predervation and utilization of wild Actinidia chinensis seedling,the seed germination rate of wild A.chinensis seeds were measured under the following treatments,including different warm water soaking times+gibberellin concentrations,different perlite and substrate ratios,and different low temperature stratification time+gibberellin concentrations.Results:The seed germination rate reached the highest of 45.1% under treatments of gibberellin concentration 600 mg/L and soaking time 60 minutes.When the ratio of perlite to substrate was 0∶1,the germination rate reached 40%,significantly higher than the control(filter paper),and extremely significantly higher than other ratios.Under the combination treatment of low temperature stratification time and gibberellin concentration,in the gibberellin concentration range of 150-900 mg/L,the seed germination rate first increased and then decreased with stratification time;Stratification time 14 days plus gibberellin concentration 0 mg/L contributed the highest germination rate of 74%.The best conditions for the germination of wild A.chinensis seeds were soaking seeds in warm water for 60 min under variable temperature culture conditions,stratifying at low temperature for 14 days,and using pure substrate as germination bed.
