图形必选记忆测验软件的编制及初步应用
Programming and application of the forced-choice graphics memory test software
【摘要】 目的编制图形必选记忆测验(FGMT)软件并检验其应用可靠性。方法将纸质版FGMT测验(A、B型)编写成自动分析的软件程序并进行调试及修正,采用该软件及二项必选数字记忆测验(BFDMT)对合作与模拟伪装的健康志愿者各20例及颅脑损伤患者106例进行测验,比较A、B型FGMT与BFDMT测验所得的各项数据。结果软件版FGMT的A、B型与BFDMT的各项得分具有显著相关性,测验结果具有较好的一致性,FGMT测验耗时较BFDMT短。结论 FGMT软件用于筛查颅脑损伤后伪装认知损害具有较高可靠性,操作简便省时,基本不受文化程度与智力水平的限制,可与BFDMT互为补充。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop a computer software of the Forced-choice Graphics Memory Test(FGMT) and validate its reliability in practical application. Methods The FGMT software was compiled by using programming software. FGMT-type A, FGMT-type B and a Binominal Forced-Choice Digit Memory Test(BFDMT) were performed in 20 healthy volunteers and 106 patients with severe traumatic brain injury(TBI) via the software. The data of three sets of tests were statistically analyzed and compared with each other. Results The scores of each items show good correlation among FGMT-type A, FGMT-type B and BFDMT and the results of three tests have high-level consistency. The average cost of time of FGMT is significantly shorter than that of BFDMT. Conclusion The FGMT software has good reliability for assessing feigned cognitive impairment in patients with severe traumatic brain injury with lower requirements for education and intelligence level. It is a convenient and time-saving tool that can be used in the forensic expertise as a supplement or a substitution of BFDMT.
