新疆某水库溢洪洞水力特性的试验研究与数值模拟

【摘要】 为研究新疆某表孔溢洪洞原设计体型的水力特性,采用水工模型试验与数值模拟相结合的方法开展相关的研究工作。试验研究以水工正态模型为研究平台;数值模拟利用FLOW-3D商用软件为平台采用湍流方程模型和VOF方法开展工作。通过物理模型试验和数值模拟对比分析了表孔溢洪洞内水流流态、水面线、压强及流速等水力特性。结果表明:原设计体型在斜井陡坡段存在水流折冲,有较强水翅,挑坎水舌落点靠近河道左岸,冲刷严重,冲坑明显;数值模拟计算结果与水工模型试验基本吻合,说明三维数值模拟在研究复杂水流流场时的可行性。针对流态问题提出优化体型,根据下游消能、冲刷情况,提出相应的工程措施。

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the hydraulic characteristics of the original design of a surface hole spillway in Xinjiang,a combination of hydraulic model tests and numerical simulations was used to carry out related research work. The experimental research uses the hydraulic normal model as the research platform; numerical simulation was finished based on FLOW-3 D commercial software which adopt the k-ε turbulence equation model and the VOF method to carry out the work. Through the physical model test and numerical simulation,the hydraulic characteristics such as the flow regime,water surface line,pressure and flow velocity of the surface hole spillway are compared and analyzed. The results show that the original design body has water flow scour in the steep slope section of the inclined shaft,with strong fins. The drop point of the pick tongue is close to the foot of the river slope,the erosion is serious,and the scoring is obvious. The numerical simulation calculation results are basically consistent with the hydraulic model test,which shows the feasibility of three-dimensional numerical simulation in the study of complex flow field. According to the flow pattern problem,an optimized shape is proposed,and according to the downstream energy dissipation and scouring conditions,corresponding engineering measures are proposed as well.
