电镀含铜废水的资源化回收利用
Recycling of Copper-containing Plating Wastewater
【摘要】 电镀行业废水的处理和回收利用问题备受关注。针对电镀行业含铜废水达标排放的迫切需求,从资源化利用角度,以4种典型镀铜工艺"焦磷酸盐镀铜、酸性镀铜、羟基乙叉二膦酸盐(HEDP)镀铜、氰化镀铜"产生的废水为对象,就镀铜废水回收利用的难点、技术特点和合适的工艺进行了总结和展望,旨在为镀铜废水的处理与资源化提供思路,展望未来镀铜废水处理工艺的发展研究方向,实现铜离子和水在电镀生产线的原位回用或资源化。
【Abstract】 Treatment and recycling of waste water from the plating industry attract much attention. Focusing on the urgent need for the discharge of copper-containing wastewater in electroplating industry, taking typical four kinds of copper plating wastewater of"copper pyrophosphate plating, acid copper plating, HEDP copper plating and cyanide copper plating"as examples, summary the difficulties, technical characteristics and appropriate technology of recovery and utilization of copper plating wastewater. The aims are to provide ideas for the treatment and resource utilization of copper plating wastewater, to look forward to the future development direction of copper plating wastewater treatment technology, and to realize the in situ reuse or resource utilization of copper ions and water in the plating production line.
