原花青素对饲料组胺胁迫下美洲鳗鲡肝脏健康指标的影响
Effects of grape seed proanthocyanidins supplementation on parameters related to liver health of American eels(Anguilla rostrata) exposed to dietary histamine stress
【摘要】 试验旨在研究葡萄籽原花青素(grape seed proanthocyanidins,GSPs)对饲料组胺胁迫下美洲鳗鲡肝脏健康指标的影响。试验选用体重相近的美洲鳗鲡(Anguilla rostrata)480尾,初重为(10.84±0.16)g,随机分为四组(每个处理组设4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼),即对照组、组胺胁迫组、组胺胁迫+300 mg/kg GSPs组、组胺胁迫+600 mg/kg GSPs组,试验期为77 d。与对照组相比,组胺胁迫组血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏总抗氧化能力和过氧化氢酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽和丙二醛水平无显著变化(P>0.05);组胺胁迫+GSPs组与对照组各项指标均接近(P>0.05)。与组胺胁迫组相比,组胺胁迫+GSPs组肝脏过氧化氢酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛水平显著降低(P<0.05),组胺胁迫+600 mg/kg GSPs组总抗氧化能力和谷胱甘肽水平显著升高(P<0.05);组胺胁迫+GSPs组间各项指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组间超氧化物歧化酶活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,饲料组胺胁迫下添加300 mg/kg GSPs即可降低美洲鳗鲡血清转氨酶活性及肝脏丙二醛水平,提高肝脏抗氧化能力,缓解饲料组胺诱导产生的氧化应激,改善肝脏的健康状况。
【Abstract】 This trial was conducted to study the effects of grape seed proanthocyanidins(GSPs) supplementation on parameters related to liver health of American eels(Anguilla rostrata) exposed to dietary histamine stress. Four hundred and eighty healthy American eels, based on the similar body weight,with the initial weight was(10.84 ± 0.16) g, were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate. The four treatment groups were control group, histamine group, histamine + 300 mg/kg GSPs group, histamine + 600 mg/kg GSPs group, respectively. The trial period was77 days. Compared with the control group, the activities of serum glutamic-oxaloacetate transaminase and glutamic-pyruvate transaminase of histamine group were significantly increased(P<0.05); the total antioxidant capability and catalase were significantly deceased(P<0.05), while the levels of glutathione and malondialdehyde were not affected significantly(P>0.05). There were no significant differences among histamine + GSPs groups and control group(P>0.05). Compared with the histamine group, the significantly increased(P<0.05), and malondial-dehyde level was significantly decreased(P<0.05), the level of total antioxidant capacity andglutamine of histamine + 600 mg/kg GSPs groupwere significantly increased(P<0.05), there wereno significant differences in the histamine +GSPs supplementation groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in superoxide dismutase ac-tivity between the four groups(P>0.05). The above results indicated that 300 mg/kg GSPs supplementa-tion in diet could decrease the serum transaminase activity and liver malondialdehyde level of Ameri-can eels, increase liver antioxidant capacity and improve liver health of American eels exposed to di-etary histamine stress.
