紫薇种间杂种子代遗传变异及多性状联合选择

【摘要】 以紫薇与福建紫薇杂种F1为研究对象,通过对杂种主要生长与开花性状的遗传变异及相关分析,筛选综合评价指标,并进行优良单株选择。结果表明:着花密度、花序长、花序宽、株高、地径5个性状在杂种个体间存在较大变异,变异系数在16.5%~21.46%之间,具有较大选择潜力。相关分析显示,着花密度、花序长、株高3个性状间相关关系不显著,可开展多性状联合选择。运用综合评分法对3个性状进行综合选择,按照10%入选率筛选出9株着花密度、花序及生长性状兼优的优良单株,平均着花密度、花序长、株高较对照及群体平均值分别提高9.51%~14.72%、21.13%~23.82%、18.75%~68.34%。

【Abstract】 the hybrids F1 of Lagerstroemia indica and Lagerstroemia limii was taken as the research object. Through the analysis of the genetic variation and correlation of the main growth and flowering traits of the hybrids, the comprehensive evaluation indexes were screened and the excellent single plant selection was carried out. The results showed that the characters of flowering density, length of inflorescence, width of inflorescence, plant height and ground diameter had great variation among hybrid individuals, and the variation coefficient was between 16.5% and 21.46%, which had great selection potential. Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation among the three traits of flowering density, inflorescence length and plant height. Three traits were selected by comprehensive scoring method, and 9 plants with excellent flower density, inflorescence and growth traits were selected according to the 10% selection rate. The average flower density, inflorescence length and plant height were increased by 9.51%~14.72%, 21.13%~23.82% and 18.75%~68.34%, respectively, compared with the average values of control and group.
