梁柱式支架精细化有限元模拟及柱顶纵横联优化

【摘要】 为提高梁柱式支架结构数值分析时的准确性,以某梁柱式箱梁支架为例,提出了一种精细化荷载布置和构件单元节点连接的有限元数值模拟方法,并与常规单一刚性连接模拟方法进行了对比。结果表明该方法构件的受力更加明确,并基于该方法,针对立柱横向联系的布置优化问题,建议了不同立柱高度纵横联设置位置及数量。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the accuracy of the numerical analysis of the Bailey beam-steel column cast-in-situ support structure, a beam-column box girder support was taken as an example, and a finite element numerical simulation method of refined load arrangement and element node connection was proposed. Compared with the conventional single rigid connection simulation method, the force of the components of this method is more clear. Finally, In this article, based on this method, for the optimization problem of the arrangement of the lateral connections of the columns,the position and number of the vertical and horizontal connections of different column heights are suggested.
