【摘要】 中国传统民居在过去三十余年的快速城市化进程中遭受较大破坏,很多传统村落、街区被拆除。江南地区传统民居以其高超营造技艺闻名于世,具备宝贵的历史人文讯息与技艺观赏效果,以及良好的再利用价值。因此在传统建筑拆除过程中,大量精美的木雕、砖雕、石雕构件被保留下来,作为优质建材被留存以备再利用。再利用的前提是进行科学的建筑价值评估,施行最优化保护措施。再利用过程中,应尽可能以原有结构组织进行重组,表达原有地域建筑完整历史信息,于新建筑建造中发挥构件材料稳定的物理性能,使其在重组中获得新生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese traditional houses have suffered considerable damage during the rapid urbanization process in the past thirty years, and many traditional villages and areas have been demolished. The traditional houses in the south of the Yangtze River are well known for their superb construction skills. They contain valuable historical and cultural information, are esthetically appealing, and have significant reuse value.Therefore, when dismantling traditional buildings, it is important to preserve the exquisite components such as wood carvings, brick carvings, and stone carvings for future reuse. The prerequisite for reuse is to conduct scientific value evaluation for the buildings and implement optimal protection measures. In the process of reuse, the original structure should be kept as much as possible to express the complete historical information of the original buildings.
