饲养方式对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响
Effect of Feeding Modes on Production Performance and Egg Quality of Hy-Line brown Hens
【摘要】 为了探讨不同饲养方式对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响,笔者将240只80日龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分成2个组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,分别采用室内地面垫料散养和笼养方式饲养。结果平均蛋重2组差异不显著(P>0.05),笼养组普遍高于散养组;产蛋率笼养组显著高于散养组(P<0.05);料蛋比散养组显著高于笼养组(P<0.05)。在蛋品质方面,蛋黄重笼养组显著高于散养组(P<0.05),蛋黄比2组差异不显著(P>0.05),蛋黄颜色散养组显著高于笼养组(P<0.05),蛋白高度、哈夫单位散养组普遍高于笼养组,部分周龄差异显著(P<0.05),蛋壳厚度、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳重2组差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明散养方式有利于改善蛋品质。
【Abstract】 Objective:The experiment investigated the effects of feeding modes on the production performance and egg quality of Hy-Line brown laying hens. A total of 240 healthy 80-day-old Hailan brown layer chickens were randomly divided into 2 groups(cage group and floor group) with 6 replicates in each group and 20 replicates in each group. The floor group adopts indoor litter for free-range rearing,and sets up laying boxes. There was no significant difference in average egg weight between the two groups(P>0.05), but the egg weight of the cage group was generally higher than that of the floor group. The laying rate of hens in the cage group was significantly higher than that in the floor group(P<0.05), however, the ratio of feed to egg in the floor group was significantly higher than that in the cage group(P<0.05). The egg yolk weight of the caged group was significantly higher than that of the floor group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the egg white-to-yolk ratio between the two groups(P>0.05). In addition, the yolk color of eggs in the floor group was significantly higher than that of the cage group(P<0.05). Moreover, the albumen height and Haugh unit of the laying hens of the floor group were generally higher than those of the cage group, and the difference was significant in some stages(P<0.05). In addition, there were no significant differences in eggshell thickness, eggshell color, and eggshell weight between the two groups of laying hens(P>0.05).Floor free-range mode is beneficial to layer hens to improve egg quality
