【摘要】 对于安装12台机组的丰宁大型抽水蓄能电站,目前没有成熟的运维模式可以借鉴,对其运维模式开展研究探讨具有重要意义。在调研国内大型水电站运维模式的基础上,结合丰宁抽水蓄能电站的特点,认为稳定运行2～3年后,"远程集控"运维模式是最佳选择。结合丰宁抽水蓄能电站的实际情况,分别从组织机构、生产机构设置及值班方式、远程集控中心、机组自动化监控系统、保护系统和机组智能状态监测及故障识别系统等方面阐述了转化的实施过程。"远程集控"运维模式体现了"以人文本"的科学发展观,它的转化实现必将为企业带来较大的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 For Fengning large-scale pumped storage power station,there is no mature operation and maintenance mode for reference,so it is of great significance to carry out research and discussion on its operation and maintenance mode.Based on the investigation of the operation and maintenance mode of large-scale hydropower stations in China,combined with the characteristics of Fengning pumped storage power station,it is considered that the "remote centralized control" operation and maintenance mode is the best one after two or three years of stable operation.Combined with the actual situation of Fengning pumped storage power station,the implementation process and requirements of the transformation are described from the aspects of organization,production organization setting and shift mode,remote centralized control center,unit automatic monitoring system,protection system and unit intelligent condition monitoring and fault identification system.The operation and maintenance mode of "remote centralized control"embodies the scientific development concept of people oriented,and its realization will bring greater economic and social benefits to the enterprise.更多还原
