【Abstract】 English language performance of employees in export-oriented enterprises is an important part of human resources competitive edge.According to a longitudinal study,this paper finds that English language performance of employees in export-oriented enterprises is characterized by fossilization of varying degrees,mainly in the aspects of pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar and syntax.Based on the theory of language transfer and other SLA theories,this paper analyzes the causes of these phenomena and proposes corresponding countermeasures.更多还原
