爆炸载荷下海洋平台生活楼端壁结构动态响应理论预报方法研究

【摘要】 长期作业于恶劣海况下,海洋平台易发生油气泄露,并引发火灾爆炸事故。生活楼作为作业人员的生活区及极端环境下的避难场所,其端壁结构直接暴露在油气爆炸载荷威胁下,在设计过程中应考虑端壁结构的安全性问题。本文以某平台生活楼局部端壁板架结构为研究对象,基于正交异性板理论,对生活楼加筋板架进行简化,将其转化为单自由度弹簧系统。通过单自由度理论绘制系统响应图谱,对爆炸载荷作用下局部端壁板架结构等效单自由度系统的响应进行分析,所得结果与仿真解进行对比分析,验证了文中所建立的理论分析方法的可行性。本文研究成果可为海洋平台结构抗爆设计提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 The offshore platforms are arranged to work in harsh sea conditions for a long time, prone to oil and gas leaks, and cause fire and explosion accidents. The accommodation is a living area for workers and a shelter for them in extreme environments, its front bulkhead structure is exposed directly to the threat of oil and gas explosion loads. The safety of the front bulkhead structure should be considered in the design process. In this paper, the front bulkhead of the accommodation of offshore platforms is taken as the research object. Based on the theory of an orthotropic plate, the stiffened plate frame of the accommodation was simplified and converted into a single-degree-of-freedom(SDOF) spring system. The SDOF theory was used to plot the response map of the system, and the response of an equivalent single-degree-of-freedom system of the local front bulkhead panel structure under explosion was analyzed. The obtained results are compared with the simulation solutions to verify the feasibility of the theoretical analysis method established in this paper. The research results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance for anti-knock design of offshore platform structures.
