【摘要】 乐山市人民医院为了积极响应国家号召,避免人群聚集,在新冠肺炎疫情期间,首次采用全程线上招录方式进行住院医师规范化培训招生工作,并利用这一方式完成了今年的住院医师规范化培训的招生考核工作的经验做法。指出全程线上招录方法有效保证了考生安全,减轻了招录单位的负担,节约人力资源,简化招录操作流程,提高了考生的满意度。在疫情过后,线上招录可作为常规的招录手段进一步推广。针对该方式存在的问题,如不能及时反映考生的整体态度及存在作弊的可能性等问题,探讨了如何合理利用线上招录的优点,避免或者解决其不足的对策思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the COVID-19 epidemic, our hospital initiated online enrollment of resident doctors for standardized training in order to avoid mass gathering. The whole process of enrollment took place online, which could effectively ensure the safety of candidates, reduce the burden of admissions offices, improve the levels of satisfaction of candidates, save human resources and streamline the process of enrollment. This approach can still be adopted and should be made more accessible after the end of the epidemic. However, there are also some problems, such as the inability to reflect the overall attitude of the candidates or prevent cheating. Therefore, how to make full use of the advantages of online recruitment while avoiding its disadvantages is a problem that needs to be studied.更多还原
