中草药添加剂对甲鱼生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究不同含量的中草药添加剂对甲鱼生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。方法:选择300只体重相近,身体健康的稚鳖,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础饲料基础上分别添加1%、2%、3%和4%中草药复方制剂。每天分别在8时和16时进行投喂,并记录稚鳖的采食量;试验周期为7周;并在试验结束后每个重复随机选择3只稚鳖采集血清,用于生化指标分析。结果:与对照组相比,1%和2%添加组甲鱼的饲料转化率显著下降(P<0.05),终体重和特定生长率显著增加(P<0.05),但4%添加组甲鱼的终体重和特定生长率均显著降低(P<0.05)。甲鱼不同组之间血清总蛋白,酸性磷酸酶和脂肪酶值差异不显著(P<0.05),2%添加组甲鱼血清白蛋白,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,脂肪酶及酸性磷酸酶显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而3%和4%添加组甲鱼的碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶活力差异不显著。结论:基础日粮添加2%的中草药添加剂能显著提高甲鱼生长性能和血清生化指标及其免疫能力。

【Abstract】 Objective: The effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of healthy juvenile soft-shelled turtles were studied. Methods: Three hundred turtles were acclimated to laboratory conditions for 7 days before being distributed randomly into five groups. Fifteen turtles per plastic tank were randomly assigned to one of five experimental groups for 7 weeks, in quadruplicate. Five experimental diets were supplemented with 0%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0% and 4.0% Chinese herbal medicine feeding additives. Results: Compared with the control group, final mean body weight and specific growth rate significantly increased in 1.0%, 2.0% addition group(P<0.05), and significantly reduced in 4% addition group(P<0.05). The content of serum total protein, acid phosphatase and lipase among groups showed no statistically significant difference(P<0.05), but compared with the control group, the contents of serum albumin, glutathione reductase and alkaline phosphatase activities in 2.0% addition group were significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: 2% Chinese herbal medicine feeding additives could significantly enhance the growth performance and improve the serum biochemical index and immunity of Pelodiscus sinensis.
