【摘要】 脑卒中后假性球麻痹致吞咽障碍发生率高、并发症多,临床上若能够全面评估患者病情,及时诊断并选择合适的治疗方案,可避免并发症的发生。作者对近年来从口腔康复训练、物理治疗、代偿方法、营养管理、手术治疗等方面,对中风后吞咽障碍的治疗进展进行综述归纳分析。认为该病的早期诊断至关重要,尽早关注患者吞咽功能,并采取中西医众多综合方法治疗,标本兼顾,有助于防止并发症的发生、帮助患者恢复吞咽功能及提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy has a high incidence of dysphagia and many complications.Clinically,if the patient’s condition can be fully evaluated,timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment options can be selected to avoid complications.The author summarized and analyzed the progress in the treatment of post-stroke swallowing disorders in recent years from oral rehabilitation training,physical therapy,compensation methods,nutrition management,and surgical treatment.It is believed that the early diagnosis of the disease is very important,pay attention to the patient’s swallowing function as early as possible,and adopt many comprehensive methods of Chinese and Western medicine to treat,and the specimens are taken into consideration,which can help prevent complications,help patients restore swallowing function and improve the quality of life.更多还原
