基于CAE分析的歧管盖注塑模具设计

【摘要】 基于CAE分析,设计了一种单腔两板冷、热流道注塑模具用于形状复杂的歧管盖塑件的注射成型。CAE分析结果表明,塑件模腔的浇注方式采用单点侧浇口进行浇注,流道使用冷、热流道相结合的复合流道形式,能保证料流在模腔内充分流动,模腔充填时间为3.5 s左右,充填压力为43 MPa左右。模腔主分型面使用阶梯式分型面,能将塑件的模具结构简化为两板模形式,脱模机构简化为2个斜导柱滑块机构、2个油缸抽芯机构及1个斜顶机构用于塑件的侧抽芯脱模,实现塑件的脱模自动化。设置油缸抽芯机构时,2个油缸抽芯机构使用串联接通方式接通,确保了塑件的无变形顺序脱模。

【Abstract】 Based on CAE analysis,a single cavity two-plate injection mold with cold and hot runner was designed for injection molding of manifold cover with complex shape.The results of CAE analysis show that the gating mode of the mold cavity of plastic parts adopts single point side-gate for gating,and the runner adopts the compound runner form of cold and hot runner,which can ensure the sufficiency of material flow in the cavity.The filling time of the cavity is about 3.5 s,and the filling pressure is about 43 MPa.The main parting surface of the mold cavity uses the stepped parting surface,which can simplify the mold structure of the plastic part into the form of two-plate-mold.The demoulding mechanisms are simplified into two inclined guide pillar slider mechanisms,two hydro-cylinder core pulling mechanisms and one lifter mechanism to implement the side core demoulding and realize the demoulding automation of the plastic parts.When the core pulling mechanism of the hydro-cylinder is set,two core pulling mechanisms of the hydro-cylinder are connected in series to ensure that the plastic parts are demoulded in a deformation free sequence.
