【Abstract】 According to the casting structure and application requirements, the technical difficulties of casting and the key problems to be solved were analyzed. On the basis of summarizing the remaining problems of the original process, the process measures were further improved and optimized. The results show that for the aluminum casting with thin wall and less processing surface, the casting process plan and appropriate parameter design, combined with resin sand molding, can produce high quality casting with high size accuracy and smooth surface.更多还原
