【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine on inflammatory factors in patients with dermatitis and eczema. Methods:92 patients with dermatitis and eczema admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects investigated, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 46 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with mizolastine(10 mg, qd), and the patients in the observation group were treated with tripterygium glycosides [1~1.5 mg/(kg·d)] on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The efficacy, symptom score, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptom scores after 1, 2, and 3 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The levels of interleukin(IL)-2, IL-6 and C-reactive protein(CRP) after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine are ideal in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema, which can relieve clinical symptoms and inhibit inflammatory response, and are safe.
