【摘要】 目的 :探究复方甘草酸苷联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎（chronic hepatitis B,CHB）的疗效及对患者相关血清指标的影响。方法 :选取2016年6月—2017年9月我院收治的CHB患者106例,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组及观察组,各53例。对照组予以阿德福韦酯（10 mg,qd）治疗,在此基础上,研究组加用复方甘草酸苷（80 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液200 mL中缓慢滴注,qd）治疗。比较两组乙肝病毒血清标志物变化及不良反应发生情况,并观察两组治疗前后相关血清指标及肝功能的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组HBV-DNA转阴率、乙型肝炎E抗体（HBeAb）转阳率、乙肝病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）转阴率及乙肝病毒e抗原（HBeAg）转阴率均高于对照组,转化生长因子（TGF）-β₁、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α、总胆红素（TBIL）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）;两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论 :复方甘草酸苷联合阿德福韦酯治疗CHB的疗效显著,可有效抑制乙肝病毒复制及TGF-β1、TNF-α等细胞因子表达,促进患者肝功能的恢复,且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B（CHB） and its effect on related serum indexes. Methods: 106 patients with CHB admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment schemes, 53 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with adefovir dipivoxil（10 mg, qd）. On this basis, the patients in the study group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin（80 mL drug was added to 5% glucose injection 200 mL, slow infusion, qd）. The changes in serum markers of HBV virus and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and the changes in the serum indexes and liver functions before and after treatment were observed. Results: After treatment, the HBV-DNA negative conversion rate, hepatitis B E antibody（HBeAb） positive conversion rate, hepatitis B virus surface antigen（HBsAg） negative conversion rate and hepatitis B virus e antigen（HBeAg） negative conversion rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of transforming growth factor（TGF）-β₁, tumor necrosis factor（TNF）-α, total bilirubin（TBIL）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase（AST） were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences（P<0.01）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion: Compound glycyrrhizin combined with adefovir dipivoxil is significantly effective in the treatment of CHB, which can effectively inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus and the expressions of cytokines such as TGF-β₁ and TNF-α, and promote the recovery of liver functions of the patients with high safety.更多还原
