【摘要】 患者男,64岁,四肢结节、斑块无痛痒9年。皮肤科情况:左足足背、足踝、腘窝为主密集成簇的绿豆至葡萄大小球形及不规则形状的暗红、紫红色结节,质地较韧,累及双手及右足。组织病理检查示:表皮增生,真皮内可见梭形细胞瘤团,梭形细胞胞浆淡染,瘤团中可见较多的腔隙,其中充满红细胞,间质内可见较多出血。免疫组织化学:F8、CD34、CD31、D240、HHV-8均为阳性。HIV:阴性。诊断:经典型卡波西肉瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 64-year-old male presented asymptomatic nodules and plaques on his arms and legs for more than nine years. The cutaneous lesions were multiple violaceous nodules localized on the lef foot dorsum,ankle,and popliteal fossa in spherical and irregular shape from green bean to grape size. The lesions slowly progressed to both hands and right foot. Histopathological examination revealed hyperplasia of the epidermis and the tumor mass of spindle cells in the dermis. The cytoplasms of the spindle cells were lightly stained,and there were many lacunas which were full of red blood cells in the tumor mass. The interstitial hemorrhage also could be seen. Immunohistochemistry showed positive for F8,CD34,CD31,D240 and HHV-8. Lab showed HIV negative.The classic kaposi’s sarcoma was diagnosed.更多还原
