【摘要】 目的:通过对克氏针协助手法复位在股骨干骨折顺行髓内钉内固定术中的应用价值进行探讨,为股骨干骨折顺行髓内钉内固定治疗提供一种快速有效的闭合复位方法。方法:自2007年1月-2018年12月,对符合纳入条件的股骨干骨折患者根据病情及患者意愿选择股骨顺行髓内钉治疗方案,分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用克氏针协助手法复位顺行髓内钉内固定治疗;对照组采用闭合复位顺行髓内钉内固定治疗。对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术中需有限切开复位情况、术后并发症、骨折愈合时间和髋关节功能进行临床随访分析。结果:共71例患者获得随访,随访时间8～23个月,平均(15.2±3.6)个月,两组患者的手术时间及术中出血量比较,均无明显差异(P> 0.05);两组患者术中需有限切开复位情况、并发症、骨折愈合时间及疗效对比,差异明显(P <0.05)。结论:在股骨干骨折顺行髓内钉内固定术中应用克氏针临时横穿协助手法复位,操作简单,创伤小,骨折复位和愈合成功率高,可以促进患肢功能的恢复,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate application efficacy of Kirschner wire plus manual reduction in anterograde intramedullary nail internal fixation. Methods: From 2007 Month to December 2018, all patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Kirschner wire plus manual reduction; and the control group was given manual reduction simply. Results: 71 cases were followed up for 8 to 23 months, with an average of(15.2±3.6) months. There was no significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05). The reduction, complications, fracture healing time and efficiency in the two groups showed a statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Kirschner wire plus manual reduction on anterograde intramedullary nail internal fixation shows good effects, can improve the success rate of fracture reduction and healing, promote the recovery of limb function, and has fewer complications.
