【摘要】 目的:建立百多邦联合自拟中药散剂应用于新生儿红臀治疗模式,通过跟踪指导、健康宣教及互动方式,为提高新生儿红臀护理质量提供有效参考方法和实用性指导方案。方法:选取2017年6月1日-2018年6月1日我院接收治疗的确诊为红臀的患儿240例为此次研究对象,并采用随机数字表法将所有患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组采用干燥法护理,观察组患者予以百多邦联合自拟中药消炎止痒散治疗模式,对比两组患儿在治疗后的臀部皮肤护理质量和家属护理满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿皮肤护理质量为96.83%,显著优于对照组皮肤护理质量79.16%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组家属护理满意度76.00%,两组比较具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:百多邦联合自拟中药散剂应用于新生儿红臀治疗中治疗效果显著,自拟中药散剂以中医熏洗方法在较短的周期内能将药效有效作用于患儿患处,促进患处药效的局部吸收,同时,涂抹百多邦能为患处创造一个湿润的疮面环境帮助伤口快速愈,有效提高患儿红臀症状治愈率,提高患儿臀部皮肤评分及家属护理满意度,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the mode of applying Bactroban combined with self-designed TCM powder in the treatment of neonatal red buttock, and to provide effective reference method and practical guidance scheme for improving the nursing quality of neonatal red buttock through tracking guidance, health education and interaction. Methods: 240 children diagnosed with red buttocks who received treatment in our hospital from June 1, 2017 to June 1, 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and all children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 120 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dry method, and the observation group was treated with Bactroban combined with self-designed traditional Chinese medicine anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic powder. The quality of buttock skin care and nursing satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the skin care quality of the children in the observation group was 96.83%, which was significantly better than that of the control group(79.16%). The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%), and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bactroban combined with self-designed TCM powder had a remarkable effect in the treatment of newborn red buttock, self-designed TCM powder fumigation methods had the effective role in children affected area in a relatively short period, it could promote the local absorption effect, at the same time, Bactroban could create a moist wound environment in the affected area to help the wound fast healing, improve the cure rate of red buttock affected children, raise children with hip skin score and family nursing satisfaction, which was worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
