红树莓根茎水煎剂对S180荷瘤小鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-17的影响

【摘要】 目的观察红树莓根茎水煎剂(RRD)对S180荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节,探讨RRD抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法以S180荷瘤小鼠为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)的方法检测S180荷瘤小鼠血清中细胞因子γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的水平,计算IFN-γ/IL-17比值。结果 RRD能够提高S180荷瘤小鼠血清中细胞因子IFN-γ水平,降低IL-17水平,逆转IFN-γ/IL-17比值。结论 RRD能抑制荷瘤小鼠S180肉瘤组织的生长,可以通过调节荷瘤机体的异常免疫状态,发挥抗肿瘤作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the immune regulation of raspberry rhizome decoction(RRD)on S180 tumorbearing mice, and to explore the anti-tumor mechanism of RRD. Methods The serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-17 in S180 tumor-bearing mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and the ratio of IFN-γ to IL-17 was calculated. Results RRD could increase the serum level of IFN-γ, decrease the level of IL-17 and reverse the ratio of IFN-γ to IL-17 in S180 tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion RRD can inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma tissue in tumor-bearing mice. It can play an anti-tumor role by regulating the abnormal immune status of tumorbearing mice.
