【摘要】 目的:分析口腔颌面部肿瘤患者围术期施予快速康复外科理念的效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年4月本院收治的口腔颌面部肿瘤患者150例作为研究对象,按电脑数字表法随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各75例。对照组施予常规护理,试验组在此基础上施予快速康复外科理念,比较分析两组希望水平、口腔功能及自我效能评分情况。结果:出院后半年,两组各项Herth希望指数、自我效能评分及总分与护理前比较均明显升高,且试验组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院后半年,试验组口腔功能各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔颌面部肿瘤患者围术期施予快速康复外科理念有助于提升希望水平及自我效能,促使患者口腔功能恢复,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of fast rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative period of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.Method:A total of 150 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to computer digital table method,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given fast rehabilitation surgery concept on this basis.The hope level,oral function and self-efficacy scores between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After discharge half a year,the Herth hope index,self-efficacy scores and total scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After discharge half a year,the scores of each dimension of oral function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fast rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative period of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors is helpful to improve the hope level and self-efficacy and promote the recovery of oral function of patients,which is worth promoting.更多还原
