【摘要】 复杂适应系统理论利用标识机制、积木块机制与内部模型机制,将微观个体行为与系统的宏观演化相结合,揭示了系统运行规律。远程医疗服务是信息通讯技术与医疗需求共同发展的产物,具有目标性、多主体性、层次性与学习性等特点,是一个复杂适应系统。文章结合复杂适应系统理论,具体分析了远程医疗服务的标识机制、积木块机制与内部模型机制,构建我国远程医疗服务的运行机制,并提出有利于我国远程医疗服务发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the complex adaptive system theory,the mechanisms of tag,building blocks and internal model were used to combine the microscopic individual behavior with the system macroscopic evolution and reveal the system operating rules.Telemedicine is the product of the development of information communication technology and medical needs,which was a complex adaptive system,characterized as target,multi-subjects,multi-level and learnability. Combined with the complex adaptive system theory,the mechanisms of tag,building blocks and internal model were analyzed to construct the operation mechanism of telemedicine,and provide suggestions on the development of Chinese telemedicine.更多还原
