香菇种源菌种的不同保存期对生产种性的影响

【摘要】 为研究香菇(Lentinula edodes)种源菌种低温保存期对香菇栽培效果的影响,对不同保存期的香菇种源L808母种,进行代料层架式栽培出菇试验,发现不同保存期种源菌种对香菇出菇的影响,为香菇种源菌种保存提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of low temperature preservation period on the cultivation of Lentinula edodes, the experiment on the shelf cultivation of L. edodes provenances strain L808 with different preservation periods was carried out, and the effect of different preservation periods on the cultivation of L. edodes provenances was found, so as to provide reference for the preservation of L. edodes provenances.
