生物活性炭对典型水媒病原菌的去除作用及其迁移特征

【摘要】 选择铜绿假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、伤寒沙门氏菌(Salmonella typhoid)和肠出血性大肠杆菌O157∶H7 (Enterohemorrhage E.Coli)等3种代表性水媒病原菌,在中试装置上模拟研究了受病原菌污染原水进入生物活性炭滤池后,病原菌在活性炭上的截流、繁殖和迁移特征。结果表明:生物活性炭能够通过吸附和物理截留作用部分去除水中的病原菌,3种病原菌的平均对数去除率依次为0.62、0.56 log和0.83 log;截流的病原菌主要分布在活性炭柱的上层,并逐步释放到水中,释放期长达15 d,存在比较大的水质安全风险。观测结果表明,3种病原菌在活性炭上都没有发生明显的繁殖现象。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of waterborne pathogenic bacteria, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Salmonella Typhoid Bacillus and Enterohemorrhage E coli O157∶H7 were researched to analyze the interception, reproduction and transfer characteristics in BAC filters by pilot simulation tests. The results showed that BAC filter could partly remove pathogenic bacteria in water, and their removal rate was 0.62, 0.56 log and 0.83 log, respectively. The retained pathogenic bacteria density in BAC filter was higher in upper part, then gradually released to water, which might result in a breakthrough risk to drinking water quality. Obvious reproduction of all three kinds of pathogenic bacteria did not happened in BAC filters.
