CBL、TBL教学法结合高仿真模拟人在急诊实习教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨以案例为基础的教学(Case-Based Learning,CBL)、以团队为基础的学习(Team-Based Learning,TBL)结合高仿真模拟人在急诊实习教学中的效果。方法:对105名我院急诊科实习学生进行实习带教,对照组应用教师讲授和简单模拟的方法进行带教,实验组应用CBL、TBL结合高仿真模拟人进行带教,比较两组实习带教前后成绩差异及实习后两组间差异。结果:实习后两组实习学生考试成绩都显著提高(P<0.05),实验组成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CBL、TBL结合高仿真模拟人教学法加深了学生对急救理论知识的理解,提高了学生急救技能,增强了学生的团队合作意识。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the application effect of case-based learning(CBL) and team-based learning(TBL) with high fidelity human patient simulator in emergency clinical teaching. Methods: Emergency clinical teaching was given to 105 students in the emergency department, While the control group was trained with the conventional method of teaching and simple simulation method, test group was provided with CBL and TBL with high fidelity Human Patient Simulator in its learning. The differences of performance before and after the practicing of the two groups and the differences of performance between the two groups after the practice were compared. Results: Both groups’ test score significantly increased after practicing(P<0.05); The test group score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: CBL and TBL with high fidelity human patient simulator deepened students’ understanding of first aid theoretical knowledge, improved students’ emergency skills, and enhanced students’ teamwork awareness.
